Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 30, 2025, and February 19, 2026, respectively. Motion by Stanislav Zvenigorodskiy, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of his child support obligation with respect to the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated October 30, 2025. Separate motion by Stanislav Zvenigorodskiy, inter alia, in effect, for temporary custody of the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated October 30, 2025, and to assign counsel for the subject child on the appeal from the order dated October 30, 2025. Motion by Anna Zvenigorodskiy, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated February 19, 2026, in effect, to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 8, 2025, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2026, to assign counsel for the subject child on the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2026, and for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2026. Motion by Stanislav Zvenigorodskiy, inter alia, to "restor[e]... the status quo parenting arrangement that existed immediately prior to the February 20, 2026 order," pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2026.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Stanislav Zvenigorodskiy, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of his child support obligation with respect to the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated October 30, 2025, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Anna Zvenigorodskiy, the motion by Stanislav Zvenigorodskiy, inter alia, in effect, for temporary custody of the subject child, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated October 30, 2025, and to assign counsel for the subject child on the appeal from the order dated October 30, 2025, and the motion by Stanislav Zvenigorodskiy, inter alia, to "restor[e]... the status quo parenting arrangement that existed immediately prior to the February 20, 2026 order," pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2026, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to assign counsel for the subject child are granted, and pursuant to Judiciary Law § 35, the following named attorney is assigned as attorney for the child:

and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Anna Zvenigorodskiy which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated February 19, 2026, is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2026, for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Anna Zvenigorodskiy which is, in effect, to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 8, 2025, is granted, and enforcement of so much of the order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 8, 2025, as grants Stanislav Zvenigorodskiy unsupervised parenting time with the subject child is stayed, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2026; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by Anna Zvenigorodskiy which is for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses on the appeal from the order dated February 19, 2026, is denied with leave to renew within 30 days of the date of this decision and order on motion, upon proper papers, including her affidavit setting forth her full financial situation including all assets, both real and personal, as well as any and all sources of income; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should not be made and entered imposing such sanctions and/or costs, if any, as this Court may deem appropriate, against Stanislav Zvenigorodskiy, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 130-1.1, for filing motions containing fabricated legal authority, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or affidavit, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website on or before April 6, 2026; if a self-represented party is unable to use the digital portal, they may instead file a copy of an affirmation or affidavit, with proof of service thereof, via email at [email protected] or via regular mail addressed to the Clerk of this Court on or before April 6, 2026; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties or their attorneys, via email to the email address provided to this Court, or if no email address is available for service by regular mail.
