Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 3, 2024. Application by Maria D'Alonzo, as executor of the estate of Dominick D. D'Alonzo Jr., to be substituted for the deceased appellant, Dominick D. D'Alonzo Jr., and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Maria D'Alonzo, as executor of the estate of Dominick D. D'Alonzo Jr., is substituted for the deceased appellant, Dominick D. D'Alonzo Jr., and the caption is amended accordingly.
