DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated September 23, 2024, November 26, 2024, and November 18, 2024, respectively. Motion by the attorney for the child to strike stated portions of the appellant's brief and to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Application by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to strike stated portions of the appellant's brief is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief and the application by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief are granted, and on or before April 10, 2026, the attorney for the child and the respondent shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the briefs and upload a digital copy of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
