SCHEDULING ORDER

Appeals by, inter alia, Nassau County Social Services Department from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 22, 2024. Pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), it is

ORDERED that the appeal by Nassau County Social Services Department in the above-entitled action shall be perfected within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order; and it is further,

ORDERED that if the appellant Nassau County Social Services Department does not perfect its appeal within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order, the Clerk of this Court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeals to show cause why the appeal by Nassau County Social Services Department should or should not be dismissed.
