| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 23, 2023. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, to substitute an estate representative for the purportedly deceased appellant Anthony J. Regina, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the purported death of the appellant Anthony J. Regina.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, upon proper papers, including proof of death of the purportedly deceased appellant Anthony J. Regina, and proof of the appointment of a representative for the estate of the purportedly deceased appellant Anthony J. Regina.
