Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated November 26, 2024, and July 1, 2025, respectively. By order to show cause dated September 8, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal from the order dated November 26, 2024, on the ground that it was superseded by, inter alia, an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated August 1, 2025. Motion by the appellant for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel on the appeal from the order dated July 1, 2025.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal from the order dated November 26, 2024 is granted and the appeal from the order dated November 26, 2024, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for the assignment of counsel on the appeal from the order dated July 1, 2025, is denied.
