It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking an order staying the enforcement of the final judgment and warrant of eviction pending the determination of the appeal is denied.
It is Further Ordered that the respondent-appellant's application for an order permitting the trial transcript to be provided at public expense is denied, without prejudice to the respondent-appellant making said application in the Civil Court.
It is Further Ordered that the respondent-appellant's application for poor person relief is granted to the extent that should the respondent-appellant wish to pursue his appeal he may proceed on the original record of the trial court and typewritten briefs.
