Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated April 1, 2022, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to vacate dismissal of the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 10, 2025.
