| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 20, 2018, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and appeals from two judgments of the same court, both entered August 7, 2018, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 27, 2019. Motion by the appellant to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 19, 2020, which denied her prior motion, in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), to vacate the dismissal of the appeal from the order, to extend the time to perfect the appeals, for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
