Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 3, 2016, and a judgment of the same court entered April 20, 2017, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 1, 2020, which denied her motion to vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2018, and for leave to renew her prior motions.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
