Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal taken from the order entered April 29, 2025 (Appellate Division Docket No. CAF 25-01699), is removed from the calendar for the term of Court commencing September 8, 2026, and is placed on the Court's day calendar for April 8, 2026, to be argued together with the appeal taken from the order entered March 17, 2025 (Appellate Division Docket No. CAF 25-00637).
