Appellant having moved for a stay of all proceedings in Supreme Court on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered November 13, 2025, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks a stay of all proceedings in Supreme Court is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks other relief is denied.
