In this original proceeding, Yates County Industrial Development Agency d/b/a The Finger Lakes Economic Development Center, having moved to intervene as a petitioner pursuant to General Municipal Law § 712 (4) (b) and CPLR 1012 (a) (1), and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order allowing Yates County Industrial Development Agency d/b/a The Finger Lakes Economic Development Center to intervene as a petitioner is granted (see General Municipal Law § 712 [4] [b]), and
It is further ORDERED that petitioner-intervenor shall file and serve a petition on or before March 23, 2026, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent's answer shall be filed and served on or before April 13, 2026.
