Appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a pro se supplemental brief on the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Orleans County Court, rendered January 12, 2022, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file a pro se supplemental brief is granted, and appellant shall file an original and 5 copies of a pro se supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on assigned counsel and one copy on the People, on or before April 24, 2026, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests other relief is dismissed.
