ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 16, 2026, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by inserting the words "pro se" in the preamble following the words "Motion by the appellant" and before the words "inter alia," and by inserting the words "pro se" in the second decretal following the words "for the appellant" and before the words "to serve and."
