| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 14, 2020. Motion, in effect, by Allison Williams, as the administrator of the estate of Tevin Samuel, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Tevin Samuel, to amend the caption accordingly, and to vacate the stay that arose upon the death of the respondent Tevin Samuel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Allison Williams, as the administrator of the estate of Tevin Samuel, is substituted for the deceased respondent, Tevin Samuel, the caption is amended accordingly, and the stay which arose upon the death of the deceased respondent Tevin Samuel is vacated.
