Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated January 3, 2025. Motion by the respondent for leave to file a supplemental record under seal. By order to show cause dated January 14, 2026, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appellant is not aggrieved, and the motion was held in abeyance in the interim.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondent and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5511); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent is denied as academic.
