Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 10, 2023, and January 7, 2026, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered January 27, 2026. Motion by Anastasha Coachman to dismiss the appeal from the order dated April 10, 2023, on the ground that the right of direct appeal from that order terminated upon entry of the judgment (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241). Motion by Anastasha Coachman to deem the notice of appeal from the judgment to reflect that the appeal was taken from each and every part of the judgment. Cross-motion by Madhukar Wadhera to consolidate the appeal from the order dated April 10, 2023, with the appeals from the order dated January 7, 2026, and the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Anastasha Coachman to dismiss the appeal from the order dated April 10, 2023, and the cross-motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by Anastasha Coachman to deem the notice of appeal from the judgment to reflect that the appeal was taken from each and every part of the judgment and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Anastasha Coachman to dismiss the appeal from the order dated April 10, 2023, is granted and the appeal from the order dated April 10, 2023, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross-motion by Madhukar Wadhera to consolidate the appeal from the order dated April 10, 2023, with the appeals from the order dated January 7, 2026, and the judgment is denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by Anastasha Coachman to deem the notice of appeal from the judgment to reflect that the appeal was taken from each and every part of the judgment is granted, the notice of appeal from the judgment is deemed to reflect that the appeal is taken by each and every part of the judgment.
