Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 20, 2025. Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Motion by the attorney for the children to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the record is inadequate. Application by the attorney for the children to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the children is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeals for determination upon the argument or submission thereof; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the respondent and the application by the attorney for the children are granted, and on or before April 22, 2026, the attorney for the children and the respondent shall serve and file their respective briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the briefs and upload a digital copy of the briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
