Motion by Tyrone Cherry, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, dated December 16, 2021, which determined an appeal from an order of the District Court, Nassau County, First District, dated October 29, 2019, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 14, 2023.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
