Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 3, 2022. Motion by the nonparty-respondent, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue its opposition to a prior motion by the appellant which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 8, 2023. Separate motion by the nonparty-respondent, inter alia, "to enjoin the appellant from denying the owner or its agents access to the subject property," pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
