Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 9, 2023. Motion by Marc T. Abrams, inter alia, for leave to intervene on the appeal. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to direct the Mental Health Professionals Certification Committee to publish certain investigative results related to certain allegations against Marc T. Abrams.
