Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 7, 2022. Application by James T. Bentley, as executor of the estate of Marianna Sarkis Bentley, and the cross-petitioner Christianna Sarkis Gorin, to substitute James T. Bentley, as executor of the estate of Marianna Sarkis Bentley, for the deceased cross-petitioner Marianna Sarkis Bentley, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, James T. Bentley, as executor of the estate of Marianna Sarkis Bentley, is substituted for the deceased cross-petitioner Marianna Sarkis Bentley, and the caption is amended accordingly.
