Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated June 21, 2023. Application by James T. Bentley, as executor of the estate of Marianna Sarkis Bentley, and the appellant Christianna Sarkis Gorin, to substitute James T. Bentley, as executor of the estate of Marianna Sarkis Bentley, for the deceased appellant Marianna Sarkis Bentley, to amend the caption accordingly, and to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, James T. Bentley, as executor of the estate of Marianna Sarkis Bentley, is substituted for the deceased appellant Marianna Sarkis Bentley, the caption is amended accordingly, and the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
