Khosrow Jack Sassouni, appellant;

(File Nos. 355890, 355890, 355890)

Appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, both dated April 7, 2025, two judgment transcripts of the same court both dated February 28, 2025, a judgment transcript and transcript of order of the same court both dated June 25, 2025, and a judgment transcript and two transcripts of orders of the same court all dated October 16, 2025. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion the appeals from the judgment transcripts and from the transcripts of orders, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from a judgment transcript or from a transcript of order (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,

ORDERED that branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals from the orders with the appeals from the judgment transcripts, and the transcripts of orders, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the judgment transcripts, and the transcripts of orders, are denied as academic; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals from orders is denied as unnecessary as the appeals from the orders may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals from the orders is granted, and on or before April 28, 2026, the appellant shall serve and file the records or appendices and the appellants' briefs via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the records or appendices and the appellants' brief and upload digital copies of the records or appendices and the appellants' briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
