It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is denied, without prejudice to renew after the appeal, from the December 29, 2004 judgment in this drug holdover proceeding has been perfected.

It is Ordered that the motion seeking is granted to the extent of permitting the appellant to perfect the appeal for the December 2005 term of this Court. The court notes that unless the appellant has obtained an order to proceed as a poor person, and / or, permission to appeal on the original record of the trial court, then five (5) copies of a reproduced record on appeal must be submitted to the Clerk of this Court. The prior order of this court is modified accordingly.
