It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on the condition that the appellant : (1) pays the outstanding judgment balance of $25,937.07 to the petitioner, without prejudice, by March 22, 2006; (2) pays any other arrears outstanding to the petitioner, without prejudice, by March 30, 2006; (3) continues to pay for accruing use and occupancy, at the rate of $7,333.33 per month, to the petitioner, without prejudice; and (4) perfects the appeal for the June 2006 term of this court, the filing date for which is April 11, 2006. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay. The motion for consolidation of the appeal is granted. The appeals may proceed on one set of records on appeal and one set of briefs.
