It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting five copies of the respondent's briefs, as annexed to the moving papers, to be filed with the Clerk of the Court by June 30, 2005. Reply briefs, if any, are to be served and filed by July 7, 2005.

It is Ordered that the motion to reinstate the stay is denied, without prejudice to renew after the appeal has been perfected. The Court notes that the appellant has yet to perfect an appeal from a Civil Court order dated May 27, 2004, despite numerous orders of this Court requiring its prompt perfection and the Rules of this Court. (See 22 NYCRR § 640.6)
