It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on condition that appellants: 1- on or before June 27, 2005, pay the April, May and June 2005 use and occupancy to the petitioner, without prejudice; - continue to pay for accruing use and occupancy on each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice; and 3- perfect the appeal by no later than the November 2005 term - the filing deadline is September 14, 2005. 2- The appeal may proceed on the original record of the trial court and type-written briefs.In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, or in the event the appellants interfere with the other tenants' right to the safe and quiet enjoyment of their respective apartments, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating this conditional stay.
