On Thursday, April 29, 2021, the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission hosted a roundtable discussion on Family Mediation: Why Diversity and Inclusion Matter. The discussion centered around what diversity looks like in family mediation and why it matters, not only to clients and counsel, but to mediators. Panelists included: Jacqueline Harounian, Esq., Wisselman, Harounian & Associates; Andy Izenson, Esq., Diana Adams Law & Mediation, PLLC; Sharon Matthie, Esq., ADR Coordinator, 9th Judicial District, New York State Unified Court System; and Maxine Park, Esq., Park Law and Mediation, PLLC. The panel was moderated by Lauren A.
