Section 215.01 Application.

The policy set forth in this Part shall apply to all courts of the Unified Court System except those that already have a requirement for the filing of court papers on recycled paper.

Section 215.02 Policy.

It is the policy of the Unified Court System that litigants, where practicable, should file or submit to the courts of the Unified Court System of the State of New York papers printed or reproduced on recycled paper. Paper is considered recycled if it contains a minimum content of 30 percent waste paper.

Section 215.03 Statement of compliance.

The signature page of every paper filed or submitted to the court on recycled paper should bear the legend: "Printed (Reproduced) on Recycled Paper."
