Clerk and Legal Counsel to the Court

Heather Davis is the Court’s Chief Clerk and Legal Counsel. She oversees the daily operation of the Court and its staff. She previously served the Court in various positions, including Deputy Clerk, Chief Motion Clerk, and Principal Court Attorney. She is a graduate of Albany Law School, magna cum laude, and was admitted to practice law in New York in 2002.
