App. Div. order of 12/23/25; affirmance; leave to appeal granted by Ogden, J., 2/10/26; Appeal--Waiver of Right to Appeal--Whether defendant's appeal waiver barred review of his contention that the court erred in declining to remove the case to Family Court under CPL 722.23; County Court, Wayne County, convicted defendant upon his plea of guilty of burglary in the first degree and assault in the first degree; App. Div. affirmed.
