The Office of Court Administration (OCA) is the administrative arm of the New York State Unified Court System, responsible for overseeing the daily operations, staffing, budget, and administration of all state courts. Led by Hon. Joseph A. Zayas, the Chief Administrative Judge, the OCA implements court policies, manages personnel, handles case flow, and provides technological support to improve court efficiency statewide.
