Overview

This office, (temporarily located in room 214) is designed to help litigants who do not have attorneys navigate the Supreme Civil branch of Bronx County. Self-represented litigants are provided with procedural information on a host of matters including divorce, torts, medical malpractice, special proceedings, motions, orders to show cause.  Supreme Civil Court has jurisdiction over lawsuits that exceed $50,000.00.  This office also serves as a clearinghouse for court forms, instructions, lawyer referral information and resources from legal and government organizations.   Help Center phone number: (718) 618-1350.
