Access to the Clerk's Office after 4:30 p.m. is limited to emergency applications.
On Tuesday and Thursday, the court is open until 10 p.m. for evening court. Please see below for specific office and courtroom hours.
Courtrooms generally open 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M-F, and are closed 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. The first call of the morning calendar is usually 9:30 a.m., but you must check your court papers for locations and times.
The General Clerk's Office is open 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., M-F.
All Cashiering Services (General Clerks / Commercial Part / N.Y.C.H.A. / Illegal Lockouts - Unrepresented Litigants) are open 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F, except the Small Claims Cashier closes at 7:30 p.m. on Thursdays.
Small Claims offices are open 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M, T, W, and F, and open 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. Evening Small Claims courtroom hours are 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (Tuesday and Thursday only). Calendar call starts at 6:30 p.m.
The Help Center is located in room 121 and is open from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. M-F.
