Conferences will be held on Thursdays in Room 741. Calendar Call is at 10:00 AM. These appearances are in-person. There will be no adjournments. Failure to appear may result in an administrative dismissal of your case.

This courthouse is equipped to handle all non-criminal matters, including name changes, matrimonial matters, foreclosures, mental hygiene applications, elder law cases, and all other civil litigation.
Kings County is the busiest civil term in New York State and we are committed to making it the most user-friendly as well. Please also be aware that the County Clerk's Office and Surrogate's Court are located in this building.
