Kings County Civil Supreme Court is open Mondays-Fridays, 9am-5pm. View the current holiday schedule & the term schedule.

Check-In

All non-court personnel are required to check-in, with the exception of attorneys with secure ID passes, and may be subject to a search. Cell phones and pagers must be checked in as well. Get more information regarding secure ID passes.

There are vending machines on the 2nd floor, where you may purchase snacks and drinks.

Other Facilities

In addition to the Supreme Court, the building also houses the County Clerk’s Office (Room 189), Public Administrator’s Office (Room 144), Surrogate’s Court (3rd Floor), and Guardianship Assistance Office (Room 723).

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VERA INSTITUTE HAS BEEN RELOCATED TO 320 JAY STREET, 4TH FLOOR.

Technology

There are public access computers available in the Lawyer’s Room and the Central Compliance Part.

Wi-fi access is also available free of charge in the Lawyer's Room, Central Jury, JCP Courtroom, Intake Part, Central Compliance Part, the 11th floor waiting area, and the Law Library.
