Attorneys are expected to appear in person at the court for all return dates, unless prior approval for a virtual appearance is secured from the Surrogate. Requests to appear virtually shall be directed to Melissa Ryan, at [email protected], and must be accompanied by a statement of “good cause’” as to why the attorney cannot appear personally.
