Affidavit of Engagement
This affidavit of engagement is to be used if you have a case in TAP and may be used for other matters in this court, so long as you also have a case on in TAP.
The form must be emailed to [email protected] no later than 3 pm the day before in order for it to be accepted and effective.
If the defendant is incarcerated and consents, you may waive the defendant’s production by checking the appropriate box under ¶ 3 of the affirmation.
