Finding the Multiple Dwelling Registration (MDR) for Your Building
- Go to the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development website at Department’s website at https://hpdonline.nyc.gov/hpdonline/
- In the center where it says: HPDONLINE, put in your building information.
- The MDR number is located at the top of the screen.
- The Managing Agent information is located in the Summary Report.
