Criminal, Traffic, or Town Ordinance Cases (CR)
If you are a defendant, the court will collect your contact information and send reminders for your court dates. To update your information, use the UCS-517 form or the Court Date Reminder Information form.
You can choose only one way to get court reminders:
- Text message
- Voice reminder
You can track your criminal case online on eCourts WebCriminal.
Small Claims, Landlord–Tenant, or Civil Cases (CC CV LT SC)
If you are part of these cases, you may get notices in the mail about changes such as:
- Adjournments
- Schedule changes
- Motion decisions
- Trial decisions
You can track your civil case and sign up for email notifications at eCourts WebCivil Local
If your address changes, you must tell the court.
Visit the Court Clerk’s Office and complete a Change of Address Notice (DC‑324). Bring your case number (or docket/index number). You can also mail the form to the Clerk’s Office where your case is.
