Ward, J.), rendered May 23, 2022, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of reckless endangerment in the first degree and criminal mischief in the second degree, and sentencing him to consecutive terms of 21/3 to 7 years and 1 to 3 years, respectively, unanimously modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, to the extent of having the terms run concurrently rather than consecutively, and otherwise affirmed.

We find the sentence excessive to the extent indicated. Concur—Kennedy, J.P., Scarpulla, Mendez, Rodriguez, Rosado, JJ.
