[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Antonio Duval, Jr. for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Duval was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 25, 1996. By opinion and order of this Court dated August 12, 2002, Duval was disbarred, effective immediately, pursuant to his resignation while under investigation (see Matter of Duval, 298 AD2d 18).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Antonio Duval, Jr., does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
