[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT
Motion by Matthew William Woitkowski for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Woitkowski was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 13, 1996. By opinion and order of this Court dated March 22, 2011, Woitkowski was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, effective April 22, 2011 (see Matter of Woitkowski, 84 AD3d 15). By decision and order on motion dated January 29, 2014, Woitkowski was reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law and his name was restored to the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law (see Matter of Woitkowski, 113 AD3d 869). By opinion and order of this Court dated April 10, 2024, Woitkowski was suspended from the practice of law for a period of six months, effective May 10, 2024, based on discipline imposed in an order of the Supreme Court of New Jersey, which suspended him for a period of three months (see Matter of Woitkowski, 227 AD3d 147).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Matthew William Woitkowski does not demonstrate the requisite character and fitness to practice law.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and WARHIT, JJ., concur.
