Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 5, 2024. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal. Cross-motion by the respondents to dismiss the appeal on the ground that the appeal was untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross-motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the cross-motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPLR 5513), without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
