Appellant having moved to supplement his motion for reconsideration of this Court's order, entered October 3, 2025, denying his motion for a writ of error coram nobis vacating the order of the Court, entered June 8, 2018, affirming a judgment of the Niagara County Court, rendered February 17, 2016, and the order of the Court, entered February 16, 2018, dismissing the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Niagara County Court, rendered February 17, 2016, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to supplement the motion for reconsideration is granted, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks other relief is dismissed.
