It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks to dismiss the appeal, without prejudice to the argument being raised in respondent's brief, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks an order that appellant supplement the record (see Matter of Stewart v Soda, 239 AD2d 966, 966 [4th Dept 1997]; 22 NYCRR 1250.7 [g]; 1000.7 [b]), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve respondent's brief, on the condition that respondent's brief is filed and served on or before April 3, 2026.
