[*1]DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by Tanya E. Lawrence, inter alia, for leave to amend an application for admission to the Bar of the State of New York, for leave to amend a "motion for reinstatement," and, in effect, for leave to renew an application for admission to the Bar of the State of New York. Lawrence was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 19, 2008. By decision and order on motion dated October 14, 2009, Lawrence was immediately suspended upon a finding that she was guilty of professional misconduct immediately threatening the public interest in that there existed substantial uncontroverted evidence establishing that she procured her admission to the Bar by fraud. By opinion and order dated September 14, 2010, this Court, inter alia, revoked Lawrence's admission to the Bar of the State of New York, struck her name from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, and denied her motion for leave to amend her application for admission to the Bar of the State of New York (see Matter of Lawrence, 78 AD3d 28).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
LASALLE, P.J., DILLON, DUFFY, BARROS and CHRISTOPHER, JJ., concur.
