[*1]Motion by appellant to vacate an order of this court dated May 12, 2025, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered March 21, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the May 12, 2025 order is amended to provide that an appeal from a decision of the District Court of Nassau County, First District rendered August 5, 2024 is dismissed; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that the appeal from the judgment entered March 21, 2025 is assigned appeal number 2026-331 N C, and that appeal shall be perfected within six months of the date of this decision and order on motion.
